5.Certificate of employment ( Employment period and job title must be written cleaerly )
6.Certificate of Japanese course attended ( course period and number of course hours must written clearly)
7.8 photographs ( 4cm high x 3cm wide )
8.Copy of first page of passport ( If applicant came to Japan before, he must attach copy of entry VISA and Entry and Departure Stamp )
