Procedure of entering dormitory |
①After deciding to enter dormitory, please contact oversea study consulting company
②Fill in Application Form for Dormitory Admission, pay 20,000 yen for deposit of entering dormitory application to the oversea study consulting company.
(After payment of deposit, the application will be checked)
③After the school arranges dormitory room, transfer Dormitory admission fee, security deposit, Dormitory fee together with tuition.
④Submit Application for Airport Pick-up (Application for admission to dormitory is also OK)

| Procedure of extending dormitory contract |
＊Extending time is on 3 months unit (1 semester)
①1 month after entering dormitory, students are asked whether they want to extending dormitory contract or not.
②Extending student Submit Pledge Agreement
③Pay Dorm fee for next semester (or next month)
＊After submitting Pledge Agreement, if students move out of the dorm within the Contract period, security deposit will not be returned

| Procedure of moving out of dormitory |
①Submit application for moving out of dormitory by the deadline (usually 1 month before moving out)
②After moving out, return the key to the school immediately
③The school will return security deposit
＊In case students do not follow dormitory rule, security deposit will not be returned

Amount of payment at the time of entering dormitory
and continuing dormitory contract |
On your first payment, you must pay for the dormitory fee of the 3 months:room fee, electricity-gas-water fee (8000yen/month for single and twin room, 5000yen/month for triple room), and bedding fee (5000yen/3 month). At the contract renewal, you can choose either 3 months payment or monthly payment for room fee and electrinicity-gas-water fee. You can also choose whether to continue bedding rental. However, installment payment for bedding fee is not available.
